Granger, IA -- Barr-Nunn Transportation a leader in the industry, is proud to announce yet another outstanding recognition of the hard work its drivers put forth.
Starting in August of 2008, Company Drivers in Barr-Nunn’s Midwest and Ohio Regional Fleets will receive a pay raise of .01 per mile. This comes just months after a pay increase to its Owner Operators as well as installing a program that allows non-hazmat endorsed Company Drivers and Owner Operators the ability to earn more money.

Beginning in August, new Midwest and Ohio regional drivers hired in will be offered the higher rate as well.
That isn’t the only benefit Barr-Nunn is unveiling. New regional Company Drivers attending the company’s orientation at its Granger, IA headquarters have the possibility of being assigned a 2009 International ProStar equipped with a new Carrier Comfort-Pro APU unit.
Both the raise and dedication to the most modern equipment are further signs that Barr-Nunn cares about its drivers’ satisfaction.
