Diesel price decline in tenth week

The price for diesel has fallen for the tenth consecutive week. The national average dropped by 6.5 cents per gallon this reporting period to $3.958, finally falling below the $4 bench mark.

Prices went down again in all five of the main eia districts. The most dramatic change was reported by the West Coast district, with the price there falling 11.3 cents per gallon to $3.943.
